• Return or replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

• Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Replacement is not possible

• Product is lost in transit and confirmed by our logistics partner

Refunds will be processed to:

• Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

• Bank account (details required)

5. Return Shipping

• In most cases, return pickup is arranged by our fulfillment partner.

• If self-shipping is required, instructions will be shared via email.

• Return shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately after placing it.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
